Church of the Four Corners is governed by a three-tier eldership. We like to say that we are 1) Guided by our Pastors, 2) Guarded by our Trustees and 3) Strengthened by our Overseers.
OUR PASTORS & STAFF MEMBERS
Our pastors and staff oversee the day-to-day ministry and operations of the church. Staff pastors serve the congregation and are responsible for the development of the spiritual life of the church. This team is led by the Lead Pastor.
OUR TRUSTEES
Our trustees are members of the congregation, appointed to oversee the borrowing of finances and direct the provision of the facilities needed by the church. They provide counsel to the Lead Pastor regarding the major financial commitments of the church.
OUR OVERSEERS
Our overseers are pastors of respected congregations and ministries who love Church of the Four Corners and its pastor and are willing to provide spiritual protection to the church.
